Step 2: Download and setup TheBestSpinner 2.08

Step 2: Browse and OPEN C:\xampp\php\php.ini

search for extension=php_curl.dll
and take out the ; in front of it
restart xampp

Step 3:

Copy files in this folder

and paste to C:\xampp\htdocs

upload file in this folder

to your hosting

Step 4: open C:\xampp\htdocs\index.php

Find: "www.example.com" and replace with your domain name: EX: www.blackhatteam.com
